Since I was sick the last couple of days… I decided to make some chicken noodle soup.

So with some leftover sushi supplies… I decided to make some more sushi and try to improve my sushi making skills. Let me know what you think.

So… a while back I had some really good Salmon Katsu at Matsu Sushi. It was a local Japanese place here near work in Lynnwood. Well… last night since I had some salmon I thought I give it a try. Boy … it turned out pretty good, and it was really delicious too!!!
