Well, after a full night of travel... from Seattle to Atlanta ... and from Atlanta to Auburn... I am finally hot to Auburn, Alabama. Since everyone is in school or work today, I decided to visit couple of my friend and former boss. I visited the University Computer Hotline. That is where I use to work in college. Then I walked across campus to visit my buddy Jay Blake. AU really have changed alot since I left. But it is good to be back and catch up with everyone. Yep... it is sure hotter here than Ephrata. |

Couple more hours before my big trip back home!!! yep .. it has been almost 6 month since I went back to Auburn. I think this is the longest run of not being back to Auburn, since I graduated from college. WOW ... I just can't wait. My parents and my Fiancee are saying it is super hot is Alabama... but in some ways I am kind of looking forward to some of that Alabama sun!!! SWEET HOME ALABAMA... Here I come!!! I will be landing in Atlanta tomorrow morning around 5:30 am EST. |

Wow... I just realized... My blog is 2 years old. Wow... How things has changed in two years!!! In 2002, I was in Houston, living in an apartment. In 2003, I was in Houston, living in a townhome... looking for a new job. In 2004, I am in Ephrata, living in a rented house ... trying to get my PE applications completed. Wow!! |

Wow... pretty cool evening... Well, my folks are back in Auburn, Alabama tonight. My little sis is back in Houston and I am in the small town Ephrata. Well, tonight was pretty cool... my coworkers had a party ... A Fish Fry ... to be exact. Boy that was some good Halibut. Yeah... he was in Western Washington this past weekend and caught some halibut. So my boss decided, we can have an after hour Fish Fry. The beer battered halibut was sooo good. |

Wow... What a weekend. so... What did I do this weekend? Of course... My parents are in town this week and boy I've been eating well. So this most recent weekend we went over to Canada. In particular, we visited Vancouver, BC. First of all, this is the first time that I have ever left the US in a automobile. That was actually a very strange feeling. I mean you don't really feel like you are in Canada... but you are. So... I got to tell you, Vancouver was incredible. I mean the Chinese food was awesome. Everything was just so convenient. It is almost as convenient as Taipei. Anyway... after a day of feasting ... We finally got home late last night. I guess I will write more later... when I feel more like writing. |

Well, this has been a fast and busy week so far... My entire family is in town this week. They arrived in Ephrata, Wednesday night. So that means I have been eatting really well. Work is still busy... But guess what I got from the help desk yesterday? a 512 Meg USB drive. I got the Cruzer-Mini to be exact. Pretty cool... I've always wanted a USB drive. How useful!! |

Pop Up Sucks!!! Ok Recently, I discover that my tag board is creating pop ups. Stupid tagboard!!! So I will soon you will see my tag board be removed from the Blog page and the front page. Don't worry, I've already got plans to change it to something else, but the bad new is when will I have time to do that? With my PE applications and my PE exams coming up in June and October and with CCNP exams in between all that... and all the work in the office... it is hard to find time. Actually, it is kind of weird, today I just seem to be in the mood to write about everything. I guess it relaxes me ... So... I wonder do people still read my blog??? |

So I did mention how nice it is outside right? So I am sitting in the front yard, with my 802.11b wireless card connecting to the internet, writing my blog. Ok you say that's nothing new right? Yep, you are absolutely correct, but I am also listen to MP3s from my Nomad Zen Xtra MP3 Jukebox. So you are saying ... that's nothing new either... and I say you are right again. But what is new is I am sitting outside and the music is coming from my Bose boom box and the Zen is outside with me. So how am I doing this?? With a FM transmitter of course!!! Yep, I got a FM transmitter for my MP3 player. It was only 10 dollars shipping included. So which one did I get? I've bought the Belkin TuneCast Mobile FM Transmitter . I have to say, it actually works pretty well. It works very well in cars as well. So what am I listening to on the MP3 jukebox/Bose setup? Well... I am glad you asked. I am listening to RIP SLYME. It is a Japanese group... so I don't understand a word they are saying, but their music as an interesting beat to it. I got introduced to this group by my friend Serg and also by the new anime series called GANTZ. It is a very interesting series. |

Wow... this is pretty cool... Blogger has change their format again. They probably changed it a while back... but life has been busy. Well, as some of you might know I am starting trying to pick up the game of golf ... so because today is such a beautiful day, I decided to visit the driving range. I still suck... but at least I am starting to hit the ball. After the driving range, I drove around town looking for a new place to live. Why? Because my current place don't have central AC. Coming from the South, it is hard to imagine anywhere where there isn't central AC, but around here central air is a luxury item and it is hard to find too. So did I find anything? maybe... I found a duplex with an attached garage, but I am not sure if it has fiber or AC. You know Fiber and AC are two of the most important things in deciding a place to live around here. Well... while I am sitting here in Ephrata, my family are having a crawfish boil. :-(... I miss crawfish boils!!! AHHHHH!!! well... the good news is that my folks and my sis are coming up to visit next week. Whoo hoo!!! I just can't wait. |
