After a full day of traveling ... I am finally home.... It is kind of lonely but I am refreshed from a full weekend of rest.... I do miss my family though....
Oh... Today around lunch... a pack a flock of turkey wondered in to our yard... GEEZ ... don't they know there is still Christmas coming up ... and people eat turkey on Christmas too :-)
I hope everyone had a wonderful Thanksgiving.... Everything here is wonderful... It feels so warm and wonderful being home this long weekend. I want to say Happy anniversary MOM AND DAD!!!! Today is my parent's 28th anniversary!!!!
Last day in Portland.... Today I will wrap up everything here and start gathering the data for my analysis.... Fun Fun Fun... only few more days before Thanksgiving and only few more days before I get to see my family!!!
Wow.... this got to be one of the most exciting Auburn Alabama game I have ever seen ... I am glad that Auburn won and we will see if Auburn will still have the same coach next year... I hope so.... Wow... what an exciting night!!! I hope my little sis, Min-Jye will get some sleep. Min-Jye and I were watching to game together... ok ok ... not really since she is in Scottland ... but she was listening to the game on line and we were talking about the game via MSN.... oh how I love the internet!!!
War...Eagle, fly down the field, Ever to conquer, never to yield.
War...Eagle fearless and true. Fight on, you orange and blue.
Go! Go! Go!
On to vic'try, strike up the band,
Give 'em hell, give 'em hell.
Stand up and yell, Hey! War...Eagle, win for Auburn,
Power of Dixie Land! -- WAR EAGLE (Auburn Fight Song)
It's GREAT TO BE AN AUBURN TIGER!!!!!

It's GREAT TO BE AN AUBURN TIGER!!!!!
It's GREAT TO BE AN AUBURN TIGER!!!!!
WOO HOO!!!!
Alabama got the ball .. but there is a flag..... Pressure is on...
Alabama touch the ball before the kicked ball travelled 10 yards... in the old rule... rekick...
New Rule.... Auburn Ball....
But what ... they made another first down.... 1st and goal... with 1:29 seconds left
.... False Start on Alabama.... 1st and goal Alabama....
Wow... that was some catch... one player can't hold on and the other one it bounced up and another player caught it... and caught it in the end of the end zone....
WOW... what a play.....
28-23 Auburn...
With only 63 seconds left... they are going to kick an onside kick........
I hope Auburn can get that on side kick.... and shut them down!!!
What the heck... less than 10 mins into the 3rd quarter .... it is now Auburn 18 and Alabama 16.... boy ... they are racing up back behind Auburn.... War Eagle.... Go Tigers!!! We need to shut them down and make some big plays!!!
Less than 30 seconds left until half time and Auburn gives up a touchdown and Alabama intercepts in the end zone... Man... this is one of the craziest Auburn Alabama game I've seen in a while!!!
Ok... today I went to the Asian store here and picked up some of this stuff. It is called Cricket Cola.... Pretty cool stuff. It suppose to be made from Green Tea and Kola Nuts and all natural ingredients Little bit expensive ... but it is a pretty good alternative from Pepsi and Coke.
Well... the Auburn game is about to begin... and I am watching this game in Portland/Hillsboro... I have to say ....it is pretty cool here in Portland ... you don't have any sales tax on food or any product that you buy... but I also have to say... all the asian goods here are very very expensive!!! I guess I am not in Houston any more :-( Uwajimaya is soooo expensive... I wonder why???? Oh well... the game is about to start!!!! WAR EAGLE!!! GO Tigers!!!!
What do I hate? I hate winter days... ok actually I don't hate winter days but I hate what winter days bring. I hate all the wet and cold weather.... I don't mind it if I feel ok... but when the weather is cold and wet... it is also when everyone gets sick. I hate getting sick... I hate having a running nose... I hate heaters that dry everything up in the house. So in short... winter sucks!!!
Well... I am back in Hillsboro today... and Ephrata is under snow... hee hee good thing I am not there... burrr.... anyway... today I realized how empty Washington is.... I mean from Moses Lake to the Tri-Cities there are nothing in between for over 40 miles... that is extremely bad when you are looking for a restroom ... yikes!!!! One note to anyone who is travelling that way... go to the bathroom before you take the long drive ... hee hee...
Well... Portland and Hillsboro is not too bad... I am at the end of my testing... Monday, we will conclude our tests... so I got lots of data to go through this weekend. But the good thing is that I will be going back to Auburn on the 27th for Thanksgiving... woo hoo...
One more thing... War Eagle... Auburn vs Alabama game is this weekend... Go Auburn... and War Eagle!!!
After another half day of work in Hillsboro and half day of driving ... I am home tonight in Ephrata... Woo hoo... it is good to be home to my own bed... yep ... got to get ready for a full day of meetings for tomorrow. BTW Fiber home connection and VPN is so cool...
Boy ... I have not had good sushi in a while... Sushi and sashimi is just not that popular around Ephrata, WA. Well... I went to a small stripmall sushi place next the test lab today for lunch and man... it's actually pretty decent. The only problem I have with them is that their cuts of sashimi are very small about 1.5 cm x 1.5 cm x 1 cm... so it is really small... but the fish is really fresh and the cut was pretty good quality. But ... in comparison ... I still miss Oshkosh in Houston....
It is another day of testing.... Everything is pretty cool... Except for the weather.... the weather sucks... I think I will be heading back to Ephrata tomorrow and returning on Thursday or Friday. BTW for those that are wondering... I do feel alot better today... Thanks...
Today is my first Saturday in Hillsboro, Or. Today I went to visit downtown Portland on their light rail metro system. It was pretty good ... Better than I expected. The only problem I had with it is that when it actually got to downtown, it was fast to walk than to ride the light rail. I wonder if Houston's Metro rail will be similar to the light rail here in Portland. The only thing, I have to say is that if Houston want people to use it more they need to extend it out to the out skirts like Sugarland or something... same as Portland extend their rail system to Hillsboro.
Well, this just sucks... I try to get my license change over to Washington State license and ... too many people ... so after waiting for about 30-45 mins, the only guy in the DMV tells us that he will not be able to give anyone else the written test for the rest of the day and tomorrow is a holiday.... come back on Wednesday... Well.. the problem with that is I am going down to Portland on Wednesday morning.... Well... that sucks... I guess I will wait another 2 weeks for get my license. Oh and I also tried to get my license plates for my car and ... Well... that was also unsuccessful. They wanted me to find provide document that my dad paided taxes on the car when he bought it. humm... or else I will have to pay taxes on the book value of the car. humm... I wonder if my dad just sell it to me for $0.01, will I still have to pay for the book value or just pay taxes for 1 cent? oh... and I wasted another 30 minutes there... so after 1 hour and 15 mins ... I have accomplished absolutely nothing.... and I guess I can only try again in 2 weeks... I hope I don't get charged extra for trying to get my plates and license late.... I shouldn't... right?
Ok.... I found this site that pretty much have the same feeling about Matrix: Revolution as I do.... Dude... they really messed it up this time.... but... I probably still go see it again... why? I don't know why? I guess when it comes down to it ... they just want thier money... it is all about the money.... right? http://www.matrix-explained.com/
Wow.... I just finished watching The Matrix: Revolution. It is ok... I guess they ended the series the best that they can. I still think that they should have ended it after The Matrix. All the actions in the movies were already seen before. They have alot of ties to the game "Enter the Matrix" and the anime collection "Animatrix". Which probably confused alot of people. But even then, they still left alot of things open and in question till the end. What is Neo? what is the deal with Agent Smith? Oh and what happened to the twins? For some reason, I just feel that this last one is just incomplete. It seems like they were in a hurry and they were low on budget, so just sort of slapped it all together. I hate to say it but I have to give it a 3 out of 10. YEP... Everything has a beginning and an End. I would love to hear some more comments from people.
